Erik Graham
Mr. Graham is a Managing Principal and founder of Graham Software Development LLC, with primary responsibility for the strategic direction of the firm. He plays the lead role in coordinating GSD’s relationships with its portfolio companies, with a specific focus on maximizing synergies across the GSD portfolio. Prior to GSD, Mr. Graham was a successful independent investor in New York City. Mr. Graham invested successfully in early stage technology businesses and real estate. Mr. Graham previously worked as an investement banker for Morgan Stanley (then Smith Barney). Additionally, Mr. Graham worked for Graham Partners, sourcing transactions and evaluating investment opportunities primarily within industrial sectors.
Mr. Graham earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College, and resides in suburban Philadelphia with his wife, two sons, and daughter.
Justin Head
Mr. Head is a Managing Principal and founder of Graham Software Development LLC, with primary responsibility for the sourcing, executing and managing the firm's investments. He plays the lead role in sourcing and evaluating transactions. Prior to GSD, Mr. Head was a Vice President at Pacific Corporate Group sourcing and executing transactions for the firm's $500 million direct investment vehicle. Prior to PCG, Mr. Head worked for NYC-based investment firms Falconhead Capital and Odyssey Investment Partners executing traditional leveraged buyout transactions. Prior to working for direct investment firms, Mr. Head was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs.
A Division 1 All-American soccer player in college, Mr. Head played professionally in Europe prior to beginning his career in finance.
Mr. Head earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He resides with his wife and three sons in suburban Philadelphia.
Eric Preisz
Mr. Preisz is an operating partner with responsibility for sourcing, research, and operational support within the firm’s investments. Prior to GSD, Mr. Preisz was CEO of GarageGames/GG Interactive, an interactive product and service provider working with Walt Disney, Microsoft, Warner Brothers and others. In addition to the interactive industry, Mr. Preisz also worked in education where he was a Department Chair and co-author of Video Game Optimization published by Cengage Learning. During his time in government services, he worked on software projects for NASA, Army, and Air Force.
In his free time, he manages VanTechy, a tech meetup with a 1000+ person membership.
Mr. Preisz earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He lives in the Pacific Northwest town of Camas, Washington with his wife and two sons.
